Key Responsibilities:

• HR support for Regional Operations leaders in Limerick, Cork, and Galway
• Employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and absence management
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and manage the new starter process
• Maintain HR systems and provide data insights
• Support HR projects and policy development

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist/Partner experience
• Relevant HR qualification and/or CIPD certification
• Proven experience in Employee Relations and senior stakeholder engagement
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to travel across Ireland
